For Lineage II Interlude servers ( hereinafter " Terms " ).
Latest update - 01/19/2014
I. ADMINISTRATION game servers GM (Game Master)
1. Prohibited disrespect to the Administration and to GMs servers. .
Penalty: at the discretion of the GM.
2 . Prohibited direct or indirect insult Administration and GMs in one form or another .
Punishment: lock your account from 1 to 30 days or it becomes permanently banned. Way of punishment depends from GM's decision.
3 . It is forbidden to spread slanderous rumours about the administration and GM servers.
Punishment: lock your account from 7 to 30 days or it becomes permanently banned. Way of punishment depends from GM's decision.
4 . It is forbidden to deceive or cheat with Administration and GMs in any forms .
Punishment: lock your account from 7 to 30 days or it becomes permanently banned. Way of punishment depends from GM's decision.
5 . It is forbidden to kill GMs and interfere in their work activity on the server.
Punishment: lock your account from 15 to 30 days or it becomes permanently banned. Way of punishment depends from GM's decision.
6. GM doesn't step in into game play , except those situations when a player (or group of players) break the rules. Another exception: Game Events or Tournaments.
7. Every Player must strictly follow and comply with all GM requirements and with taken decision, if it doesn't inconsistent with the server Rules.
8. Way of communication with GM :
8.1. Players are not allowed to ask GMs any questions which are irrelevant and doesn't have nothing common with a game play. Also it is forbidden to ask any personal questions.
8.2 .Players are not allowed to flood with private messages directed to GM.
8.3. Players are not allowed to ask the GM to give them any items, artefacts, money , raise their level, etc.
8.4. Players are not allowed to ask GM to cancel a particular punishment , which entered into force .
8.5. Players are prohibited from offering a bribe to GM in any forms.
Penalty: at the discretion of the GM.
II. External programs
1. Prohibited use of special programs (including bots) giving any advantage over other players .
Punishment: lock your account from 7 to 30 days or it becomes permanently banned. Way of punishment depends from GM's decision.
3 .Permission is granted to use patches like: zoom, agro, drop, teleport_zone, color_sys, approved by the Administration (GMs) of the Server .
III. USE server errors (bugs)
1. Prohibited the use of server errors (bugs) , not covered by the game play and aimed at direct or indirect personal gain (including auto-Ress bugs , bug immortality , etc.).
Punishment: lock your account from 7 to 30 days or it becomes permanently banned. Way of punishment depends from GM's decision.
2 . If you found a bug , then immediately inform us through the server forum (http://l2endless.com/forum), and one of GM through petitions . It is always necessary to do if you know that this bug hasn't been discussed on the forum before or you have any updated information about existing issues.
IV. QUESTIONS about game play AND rule of communication within a GAME.
1. Prohibited communication with the use of foul language in general, trade chats as well as in a private chats with another player if he doesn't support this way of communication..
Punishment: the first time - a ban chat for 30 minutes , the second time - a ban chat for 24 hours, for the third time - ban chat for a month.
Note: The use of profanity within the Party Chat discuss with the leader of current party , the use of profanity within a Clan Chat discuss with your Clan Leader.
2 . It is forbidden to insult of offense somebody's feelings within a game.
Punishment: the first time - a ban chat for 30 minutes , the second time - a ban chat for 24 hours, for the third time - ban chat for a month.
3 . It is forbidden to threaten and blackmail anyone within a game, including violence in real life.
Punishment: Account block, also can be locked other multiple accounts or IP block, as well as an entire subnet. Unlocking is impossible.
4 . Prohibited the use of swear words and expressions , as well as expressions somehow offending players in terms of the names of clans , character names , titles and names of animals.
Punishment: lock your account it terms from 1 to 30 days or until corrections - depends from the discretion of the GM.
5 . Prohibited creating characters that are similar to the names of persons somehow related to the Administration and GM of the servers.
Punishment: Account lock until corrections made or account delete - depends from the discretion of the GM.
6. Flooding is prohibited in public places, promoting commercial messages more frequently than 1 per 30 seconds. Also forbidden to repeat any other messages , over five (5) times in a row.
Punishment: the first time - a ban chat for 30 minutes , the second time - a ban chat for 24 hours, for the third time - ban chat for a month.
7. Prohibited begging with intentional use of flood and cadge something like: "give me pls... pls...pls...", etc.
Punishment: the first time - a ban chat for 30 minutes , the second time - a ban chat for 24 hours, for the third time - ban chat for a month.
8. Prohibited explicitly or implicitly to sexually harass other players , as well as to advertise sexual services and materials , both erotic and pornographic nature .
Punishment: Account , can be locked as well as multiple accounts or block IP or an entire subnet. Unlocking is impossible.
9. Prohibited deceive players being represented as an administration or GM of the servers.
Punishment: lock your account from 7 to 30 days or it becomes permanently banned. Way of punishment depends from GM's decision.
10 . Prohibits fraudulent activities with trade or craft conducted in order to obtain money or property (items) from another player. All issues will be investigated only if evidence in the form of screenshots would be provided.
10.1. If a player has been cheated by the game action method (without bugs or hacking his account) , the offender will be banned but the lost (stolen) things are non-refundable .
10.2. If a player was deceived in the use of a bug or account has been cracked, the intruder would be banned and lost things would be refunded.
11. Prohibited to mislead players , followed with profitably.
Penalty: at the discretion of the Administration.
12. Prohibited unauthorized access to a game account , it is forbidden to pass passwords from foreign accounts to third parties.
Punishment: Account lock . Unlocking is impossible.
13. It is forbidden any advertises, trading in General Chat and Shout mode.
Punishment: Ban chat for 30 minutes for each posted word. Also player can be sent to "prison" for a period of 2 days.
14. Prohibited from trading near NPC, and at Giran's walkways and paths.
Punishment : The character will be sent to "prison" for a period of 2 or more days .
Additions to the rules :
1. Forbidden to raise the topic reset the database server (wipe) forum , or to discuss this question in the chat games, before the date specified by the administration.
Penalty: at the discretion of the GM
2 . Forbidden advertising of any other games or gaming servers.
Penalty: at the discretion of the GM
In addition to described penalties, the following measures are carried out by the Administration for violation of the server:
1. Ban chat it terms of 30 minutes to a Month.
2 . Changing the parameters of the character ( as decreasing level or bringing it to zero, etc.).
3 . Kill character by GM.
4 . Ban account for a period to 6 months.
5 . Permanent account block.
6. Ban IP- addresses, and in exceptional cases the whole subnet.
7. Imprisoning (GM Consultation Service)
Game server administration reserves the right of final decision in a particular matter.
